Merideth offers a confidential Introductory Session to help you decide whether it makes sense to establish a coaching relationship. Just contact her and briefly describe your situation and what you’re looking for in a coach. She’ll take a few minutes to understand your situation and explain her program at a high level.

If it seems like a potential fit, you’ll schedule an Introductory Session to discuss your goals and Merideth’s program in more detail. She even provides questions to think about in advance so you can use the time to your best advantage!

You’ll learn firsthand how it feels to work together

By the end of your Introductory Session you will have one or more simple action steps to take to get started on achieving your goals. Whether or not you decide to proceed, you’ll have a new way of thinking about your situation.
